Job Description
- Commissioning engineer with hand’s on qualities who gets the job done together with his own staff (on site and/or remote).
- Manage commissioning and troubleshooting of industrial applications based on Siemens PCS7 system with CEMAT library.
- Optimization of the application.
- Close teamwork with process team to develop cost effective and reliable technical solution.
- Documentation of changes, report of work.
- Training of operation and maintenance staff might be necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:
- BE/ B.Tech (Instrumentation, Process Control, Electronics, Electrical, mechanical) Engineering.
- General 10 years of experience focused in I&C in a reputable Cement manufacturing plant.
- 5 years of experience in commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical system in cement industry is mandatory.
- Practical experience with Siemens system PCS7 is mandatory.
- Practical experience with Siemens CEMAT Library is mandatory.
- Experience with the system but also the field (sensors, actors, pneumatics, etc.) will be necessary or helpful
- Knowledgeable in facilities systems infrastructure, operations, design, and commissioning.
Required Candidate Profile
- Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses.
- Analytical thinking and structured solution-oriented personality.
- Good written and spoken English.
- International experience is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
- Pay/benefits are competitive hourly rate (US$) based on industry standards and experience.
- Overtime, work at night (10pm – 6am) or on local Sundays or holidays will be paid extra.
